What is the current print issue?
The most recent issue of Insurance PROFILE Review is always posted on
the first position in the homepage of our website.
When is a new issue published?
A new issue is printed every 3 months. A full year contains 4 issues.
I'm a PDF subscriber. I didn't get the PDF of issue _____.
There could be more than one reason for your problem.
First and the most often is that you don't have enough credits to make
a download. To get at least one download credit please check the prices
page.
If you have any available download credits in your account and still
can't make a download please contact
us.
What is a download credit?
A download credit is our measure unit for your downloads.
One download credit means one issue download.
Is every PDF on your site also in the print magazine?
Yes. We always issue a printed version of Insurance PROFILE.

If I subscribe, do I get free access to back issues?
Short answer is no. You must buy at least one download credit.
Can I upgrade my subscription from PDF to print?
Of course. Just contact us.
Do I have to pay online, or may I pay by check?
We encourage you to pay online as this is the most effective way to get
what you want. Check payments are slow, and can take a while to get
access to the issues you want.

Do you offer discounts for educators?
No. We do not offer educators discounts, but we always offer volume discounts.

Download / PDF's answers
When I click Download, my window goes blank.
Please check if you have enough download credits in your account to make
a download. If you think this is system problem, please contact us.
I can't open the PDF.
Probably your download wasn't completed. This might be caused by the
interruption of your internet connection while downloading.
Another possible problem could be the wrong software used to open the
pdf file. Please use only Adobe
Acrobat Reader to open your pdf's. This is a FREE software and you
can get it form Adobe website.
Opening the PDF displays an error message.
The PDF I've downloaded gives me an error message.
Probably your download wasn't completed. This might be caused by the

I'm having trouble printing my PDF.
Please check your printer. We do not apply any print protection on the
pdf's.
How do I save the PDF to my disk?
If you have enough download credits, you will see a "Download" button
on the right side of the issue presentation. All you have to do is browse
trough the issues and press the button to start your download.

It will be delivered to the "Delivery address" you provided
by traditional mail services.
